About the Project
- Older block of 6 apartments with serious concrete cancer damage
- Remove existing balustrades
- Remove all tiling and substrate and make good to exposed reinforcing
- Install new substrate, waterproofing and tiling
- Supply and install new glass balustrades to Australian Building Code standards
