- Duplex’s constructed in 2017
- Original Scope of Works in 2020 listed the following items:
- Failure of Waterproofing to two front balconies
- Failure of Waterproofing to two rear balconies
- Failure of vertical articulation joints
- Weep holes not evident below sill bricks
- Electrical works
- At commencement of remedial works a 2nd Scope of Works was required to remediate the following items
- Waterproofing to two main bathrooms and two ensuites
- Replacement of beams to all balconies
- Further variation required when brick columns were found not to be tied to main building or balcony beams.
