About Project
- After renovations, new first floor bathroom was leaking through to ground floor kitchen ceiling
- Remove and set aside all existing fittings and furniture
- Remove and dispose of all wall and floor tiling.
- Remove existing plastic plumbing lines (not to code) in brick walls and install copper lines
- Repair rubble fill to certain area of walls
- Make good to all surfaces
- Install and certify two layers of waterproofing to code
- Supply and install new wall and floor tiling
- Repair and paint surfaces where applicable
- Reinstall all fittings and fixtures
- Repair and paint all damaged areas of kitchen ceiling.
