About Project
- Roof to Alfresco area leaking causing damage to bedroom
- Remove self adhesive flashing tape and install correct flashing’s
- Remove and replace brickwork to facilitate installation of through flashing to junction between wall and roof junction
- Front balcony waterproofing has failed.
- Remove all tiling and substrate and re waterproof to standards
- Remediate construction joints
- Fit storm mould’s to sliding door unit.
