Replacement of Existing Roof Membrane
- A new roof membrane was installed 1 year ago but has subsequently failed and had to be removed
- Removal of self leveling patches
- Grind substrate to remove all previously installed glue and bitumen product
- Install new water inhibitor around courtyard balconies
- Prime and then waterproof (2 coats) approx. 140m2
- Core drill 4 new drainage spitters into concrete parapet walls
- Supply and install new screed with falls to drainage outlets
- Prime the entire area
- Supply and install 2 layers of trafficable waterproofing.
